WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?

We try to make this as simple as possible by dividing our services into three different options. Move In/Out Cleaning should be used when ever you are moving out of a home or moving into a home. First and Deep Clean is typically used for first-time cleanings or one-time cleanings to make sure your home gets as much TLC as possible. Recurring Cleaning is a cleaning that is only reserved for those that join the Maidly family and signup for recurring service! It is the same Maidly quality cleanings however we will charge you a flat rate going forward. We can setup a recurring service for as often as you’d like and are super flexible! No contracts required!

ALL ROOMS 

Vacuum & Mop Floors Dust & wipe all accessible visible surfaces Light switches and door knobs Dust window sills and blinds Baseboards and reachable vents dusted  

BATHROOMS 

Toilets Sink Shower & bathtubs Tile floors Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces Bathroom counter-tops & vanities Clean exterior bathroom cabinets, drawers Door knobs & light switches cleaned  

BEDROOMS 

Make bed and replace sheets if provided Mirrors wiped down and cleaned Wipe dressers, tables, and lamps Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces  

LIVING AREAS  

Wipe all appliance exteriors TV and accessories dusted Couches and furniture dusted & wiped Clean hallways, staircases, and table tops Shelves, tables and chairs wiped clean  

KITCHEN  

Exterior refrigerator Clean stove, counter-top surfaces Microwave Sink Kitchen cabinet faces & drawers
